Introduction to Indeed Program
The Introduction to Indeed Program is a global, blended learning, onboarding program that was designed for all new employees that joined Indeed. I took part in all parts of program development alongside the Instructional Designer on my team. Below are materials that were developed for the program, showcasing my ability to successfully manage and develop a program from start to completion.

Program Outline
Day 2 ILT
The following section highlights a project within the Introduction to Indeed Program that I led and delegated responsibilities for. I coached team members, ensuring they produced a successful final product. The project began with a kick off meeting (deck below), highlighting responsibilities and due dates. Other finished products include the facilitator guide and participant guide, as well as a deck. Materials were transferred to a editable PDF for participant interaction before launch.

Global Insights E-learning
The following e-learning module was designed my a team member and I to highlight the global cultural and product differences within the company. I led this project from discovery to launch. Below is the detailed design plan, which highlights the entire program, the storyboard for creation, followed by a screen capture of the final solution.
Global Shadowing Program
The Global Shadowing Program first began in 2020, and came about as a need and request from the business that people in R&D needed to see how our products and solutions are perceived by clients. Representatives in Sales and CS also needed an easier way to shadow others for career pathing. I first started testing and piloting to see how this request could be solved for.

2020
- Discovery & interviewing R&D and reps to uncover what the business needed
- Testing of ‘Calendly’ to see if this could support requests
- Evaluating of results and modifying program to use google forms for intake requests
- Launch of program in AMER
2021
- Continual evaluation of the program in AMER
- Migration to Qualtrics from Google forms for intake
- Partnering with EMEA Sales directors and CS Managers to uncover what their teams many be in need of for shadowing
- Pilot of ‘Jobby Day’ shadowing in Benelux market
- Adjustments made to prepare for EMEA shadowing program launch
2022
- Launch of program in EMEA
- Continual evaluation and partnership with AMER and EMEA leaders and reps to ensure success of program
- Discovery of APAC market to prepare for launch
2023
- Partnering with APAC leaders to evangelize the shadowing program
- Continual improvements and marketing efforts prepared for EMEA and AMER markets (Gong integration, Slack integration)
- Final preparations made for APAC launch
