‘The Business Framework – Intro‘ video is one of the first videos in a larger onboarding program with blended learning solutions. It’s main goal is to introduce what is to come in this larger module, discussing the business model of this company.

The ‘Global Insights Map – Intro‘ video instructs how to navigate a learning module that highlights multiple markets that this business operates in. The goal of this module is to explain how the learner can navigate through and know what is expected of them to complete the module.
‘A Glimpse Into the Future‘ video was created to illustrate the future trajectory and focus of this company. The goal of this video is to for learners to walk away with this insight and for them to know how they can contribute to company growth.

Authoring Tool Sample
This visual is a walkthrough of a e-learning module called, ‘Global Insights’. This module was designed to illustrate how this company operates in different markets. There are eight key markets that can be explored in this module. Each follow a similar format, exploring the office in that market, employer and job-seeker preferences, products and solutions available, presenting a localized advertisement, competitor information and showcasing a case study/testimonial.
All of this information was sourced firsthand by myself and a teammate over the course of 1 month.

One-Sheet Visual Samples
This one-sheeter was created to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Global Shadowing Program being launched in EMEA. This visual was sent to all of the Sales and Client Success Directors and Managers that had partnered with us to launch. It was also sent to over 50 reps who were apart of the program to help celebrate them and their work while being in the program.

This one-sheeter was created as a supplemental resource for an vILT (virtual, in person, live training). The in person training takes learners through tough business decisions that were rooted in the companies core values and mission, and challenges them to think about possible outcomes and reasoning.
